Mini-Myo Therapy Program for Children.

The Face First Mini-Myo Wellness Program is designed for children aged 3 to 6, offering fun and interactive exercises to improve nasal breathing, lip seal, and tongue posture. Early intervention helps establish healthy oral habits, supporting proper jaw and facial growth.

This program is ideal for children who mouth breathe, snore, eat loudly or messily, have disturbed sleep, or have had their tonsils/adenoids removed. Parents and children work together to build these skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
